what makes a [good] mortgage broker?
having a never-give-up attitude, being proactive in problem-solving. putting the client first. being able to match the client’s banking needs with their lifestyle.
where do you draw inspiration from?
google, the information is endless.
what is the best advice you have been given?
slow down to speed up – stacey. look at yourself before you accuse others - mum. in order to achieve 100% you need to aim for 110% - dad.
how do you want to impact the world?
provide strategies to reduce bad debt. educating on how to use debt; not be afraid of debt. how to maximise your money through gift cards.
how do you see the finance industry evolving?
more automated, digital, and transparent. more advisory as opposed to transactional.
who has influenced you the most in your life?
the people who I spend the most time with, family and friends.
